PERTAMINA is a State Owned oil & gas company (National Oil Company), established on December 10, 1957 under the name PT PERMINA. In 1961 the company changed its name to PN PERMINA and after the merger with PN PERTAMIN in 1968 it became PN PERTAMINA. With the enactment of Law 8 of 1971 the company became PERTAMINA. This name persisted until after PERTAMINA changed its legal status to PT PERTAMINA (PERSERO) on October 9, 2003. PERTAMINA’s scope of business incorporates the upstream and downstream sectors. The upstream sector covers oil, gas and geothermal energy exploration and production both domestically and overseas. Experienced Employment
The need for experienced workers is divided in two, namely:
- Specialist Position (appropriate skill)
- Assistant Manager, Manager, & Vice President Position
The placement of experienced workers are to:
Directorate Upstream (exploration & production), the Directorate of Processing (Golf), Directorate of Marketing & Commerce, and Corporate Functions (Finance, General, Human Resource, Business Development, Law, Company Secretary, Information Systems & Technology, Unit of Internal and Supply Chain).
Requirements for prospective candidates:
- Minimal D3 for the position of Specialist
- Minimal S1 for positions Structural
- Advanced computer use and application (especially Open Office)
- Preferably fluent in English oral and written
- Willing to follow the stages in the selection process, the cost to and from the selection of participants to be dependent
- This position is open to the public
- Recruitment and selection process for the Civil Affairs Officer / Member TNI & Police conducted separately.
Age limit:
- For position Specialist: Minimum of 30 years old (born before 1 March 1979) and a maximum of 48 years (born after 31 March 1961)
- For positions at Assistant Manager level: Minimum of 32 years (born before 1 March 1977) and a maximum of 42 years (born after 31 March 1966)
- For positions at the Manager level at least 35 years old (born before 1 March 1974) and a maximum of 45 years (born after 31 March 1963)
- For positions at the Vice President level : At least 38 years old (born before 1 March 1971) and a maximum of 48 years (born after 31 March 1961)
