Pacific Oil & Gas (PO&G) is an independent energy resources development company operating throughout the energy supply chain; upstream field development, receiving terminal, power plant and gas transmission network.As part of Pacific Oil & Gas strategy to expand, we are inviting experienced, highly committed and well qualified professionals to join our existing team.

Surface Operation General Manager
Responsibilities encompassed include but not be limited to the following:
Field Management:

* Plan and manage the field infrastructure, production and maintenance of the field operation.
* Develop and implement effective and efficient operation and maintenance systems and programs to achieve safe and productive field operation.
* Plan and staff a team of qualified & motivated operation, production and maintenance personnel for the field operation.

Engineering & Facilities:

* Good knowledge of conceptual and/or detailed design on surface facilities.
* Manage the Engineering, Procurement and Construction activities for the project.
* Lead a team of engineers and subcontractors to ensure completion of the construction of field operation facilities within approved budget and schedule with good quality

HSE & Security:
Plan and manage the HSE, security and community relations activities at the production site.

Pre-requisites:

* Min S1 degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
* At least 15 years of relevant hands-on engineering exposure in the oil & gas OR EPC industry
* A resourceful and self driven team player with strong leadership, coordination and organisation skills
* Good interpersonal and communication skill

HSE Manager
Responsibilities encompassed include but not be limited to the following:

* Build, develop and coordinate the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems on both project and operation.
* Formalization of HSE and Quality Control Procedures including: HSE activity quality plans, activity lists, schedules, budgets, audit, etc.
* Continue the introduction and development of processes and procedures
* Prepare routine HSE Quality control reports.
* Develop Company HSE Strategies and Standardization across all operations.
* ensure that all appropriate HSE features are incorporated into the design to minimize the potential for hazardous events or environmental impacts
* Create and promote an HSE-aware culture in the company.
* Represent the company on HSE issues when needed.
* Timely reporting of activities and data to the authorities as required by relevant regulations.
* Provide support to Operations team to help them achieve HSE performance targets.

Requirements:

* Bachelor degree in HSE (environment study) or Oil & Gas related subjects.
* Min. of 10 years experience in Oil & Gas project HSE Quality Control matters.
* Proven leadership and communication skills.
* Strong business focus
* Good Command in English - speaking & writing
